Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product and receive a full refund or exchange it for another. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Returns
You may return a product within 40 days of the date you received it. Any product you return must be in the same condition in which you received it and in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the same payment method you used to make your purchase. You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping Costs
If the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label. If the return is due to personal preference, you will have to pay the return shipping costs.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please log in to your account and go to the returns section in your dashboard. Follow the on-screen instructions to process your return.
Non-Eligible Items for Return
The following items are not eligible for return: sale or final sale products, downloaded digital products, redeemed gift cards and promo codes, personalized products, perishable items, personal hygiene products, consumable items, and any product returned more than 40 days after delivery.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may opt for an exchange for the same or another item, or a full refund. Contact us immediately to manage the process.
